What You’ll Be Doing

Join us on this mission as Training Administrator, joining the Academy team at Martin-Baker, supporting Training activities across the Martin-Baker organisation. We’re very open to candidates who wish to work on a part-time basis (the ideal working hours would be between Wednesday to Friday each week) at our Denham campus.
This is an exciting role and you’ll have the opportunity to support the employee experience with providing support with training administration. This will involve responding to training requests and employee queries submitted to the Academy team, supporting with organisational control, booking training facilities, coordinating evaluation activities, updating employee records and supporting with new starter coordination. You’ll also get involved with generating training reports and metrics data, updating the learning management system (LMS) and Skill station database.
This role will enable you to make a difference to all colleagues that experience training at Martin-Baker, a brilliant opportunity to work with a talented and passionate training team, where you’ll get involved with improving and promoting the Academy training brand.
