Conveyancer – Coventry – Hybrid – £35,000 to £55,000- Excellent Benefits Package The Firm

The Role
* Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
* Respond to technical legal enquiries and provide clear guidance to all parties
* Supervise and mentor Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors
* Assist with the ongoing development and growth of the conveyancing department
You
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience handling a varied residential property caseload
* Knowledgeable across a broad range of residential property matters and conveyancing processes
* Detail-oriented, organised, and motivated team player with excellent communication skills
* Eager to contribute to a collaborative, people-focused environment
