Portfolio are proud to be representing our client, a market-leading professional services consultancy, in their search for a Lead Sales Consultant within the H+S team. We are looking for someone from a Health and Safety background who is looking to break into sales. You will need a solid understanding of H+S to upsell additional services to existing clients. This role does not involve cold calling; you will be speaking with clients who have recently had a H+S audit and received recommendations, e.g., Fire Risk Assessment. The role offers high earning potential, including a monthly bonus and uncapped commission – but you MUST have Health and Safety knowledge!
Job Overview
As a F2F Business Sales Consultant Lead, your role is to sell the F2F product to our client base and assist management in developing and driving collective sales from the entire F2F BSC team. You will promote this premium service to clients and support team members daily. Responsibilities include explaining the service, informing clients of benefits, and ensuring a smooth transition into our Face2Face Services Team once clients agree to proceed.
Responsibilities
* Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospects.
* Achieve at least 2 hours of active talk-time daily.
* Collaborate with Advisors and Consultants to increase referral numbers.
* Liaise with H+S Consultancy & Third Parties to ensure prompt service delivery.
* Work towards obtaining repeat business.
* Ensure the Sales Board is updated daily.
* Support training, development, and induction of new F2F BSCs.
* Mentor new F2F BSCs, especially in the absence of management.
* Assist with payments queries and daily reporting when management is unavailable.
Compensation
F2F Commission is paid at 5% for each completed F2F win. Additionally, a monthly bonus of £500 is payable upon achieving 60 completed wins in a calendar month.
