Job Title: Electrical Project Manager Location: Cannock Salary: £65,000 Package (Pension, Bonus Scheme, Standard Holiday Allowance) Join a Leading Electrical Contractor in Cannock – Specialising in Commercial, Residential, Education, Retail & Leisure Projects We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Cannock. Our company delivers high-quality electrical solutions across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, retail, and leisure. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a strong, hands-on leader to manage multiple projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. * Oversee site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with health & safety. * Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications. * Attend project meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage procurement and material schedules. * Resolve technical and operational issues quickly and effectively. Qualifications & Experience: * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or construction industry. * Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices. * SMSTS or SSSTS and ECS/CSCS card preferred. * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent; HNC/HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering is advantageous. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads.
