We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly reputable metal finishing company based in Walsall. Known for delivering high-quality finishes to a range of industries, our client is experiencing continued growth and is looking to expand their skilled team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join the night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in metal spraying who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision work.
Key Responsibilities
* Applying paint finishes to metal components using spray equipment
* Working with 2 pack (2 pac) paint systems
* Preparing surfaces prior to painting (cleaning, masking, sanding where required)
* Ensuring a high-quality, consistent finish with strong attention to detail
* Inspecting completed work to meet quality standards
* Maintaining spray equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
Working Hours
* Night shifts: Monday to Thursday
* 6:00pm 6:00am
Requirements
* Proven experience as a paint sprayer, ideally within a metal finishing environment
* Experience working with 2 pack (2 pac) paints is essential
* Strong eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of health & safety practices
