Although this is a home based role, it will involve some occasional travel to development sites within the South West. The ability to independently travel to various sites within the region is essential. Flexibility in how this is achieved is left to the candidate’s discretion.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have an interest in or knowledge of housing is preferred, especially affordable housing.
* Be confident, independent, and pro-active in your approach to your work and relationships with colleagues.
* Have a customer focussed approach to your work.
* Have excellent administrative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to contribute to the production of written reports and ensure effective project management to internal and external stakeholders.
* Have good numerical and organisational skills to enable you to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
