As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards
* Has experience in shift planning and management, with a love for teamwork and coaching
* Understands labour management, rotas, and has knowledge of financial performance
