To Command and Lead a Platoon of recruit's and Perm Staff within a Ph1 establishment; responsibilities include: 1. Command Pl as per the ATR(G) objectives / mission. 2. Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed. 3. Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development. 4. Career management of all personnel under their command. 5. Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary, welfare or remedial action to OC. 6. Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
