Responsibilities
* Oversee and administer all school admissions processes, ensuring compliance with statutory codes, maintaining accurate records, and managing communications with prospective and current families.
* Coordinate and deliver school‑level recruitment administration, including managing activities on the applicant tracking system and school‑side tasks related to interviews and induction.
* Maintain accurate student, parent and staff data across key systems, provide reports and support statutory returns such as the Census.
* Support appeals, consultations, transition activities, recruitment fairs, open events and multi‑agency meetings, ensuring all documentation and follow‑up actions are completed.
* Contribute to effective school operations by line‑managing administrative staff, supporting colleagues, attending required meetings and events, and ensuring high standards of confidentiality and compliance.
