We are working with a school who are recruiting for a proactive and dependable Site Manager to join an Outstanding primary school in Dorset. This is a full-time position starting ASAP, initially on a temporary basis until August 2026, with a seamless transition to a permanent contract for the new academic year. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the maintenance, security, and day-to-day operations of the school grounds and buildings. We are looking for a "hands-on" professional who can manage external contractors, oversee health and safety compliance, and ensure that very little learning time is lost to facility-related issues.
