Responsibilities
* Meaningful engagement with children, young people and families.
* Producing high quality, evidence based assessments.
* Engaging with partner agencies and wider family networks.
* Safety planning.
* Producing high quality, SMART interim plans and child in need plans.
* Meaningful participation in strategy discussions.
* Undertaking s.47 investigations.
* Escalating to ICPC and producing high quality, evidence based reports.
* Possibility of undertaking court work.
