Implementation Specialist

What you’ll achieve
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be part of our successful deployment team. Your role is to help clients implement and support Dedalus Healthcare solutions effectively and efficiently.
You will collaborate with Project Managers to ensure clients follow a standard deployment methodology with specific deliverables within tight timescales. Your responsibilities include supporting system setup and configuration, knowledge transfer, issue management, validation testing, and business change activities to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
Working with a highly skilled team, you will make a significant impact in the healthcare sector.
Your responsibilities include:
* Investigating and supporting queries, issues, and change requests related to solutions, business processes, system configuration, validation scripts, and product knowledge.
* Engaging in all deployment stages, ensuring clients and teams are well-informed, trained, and equipped through workshops and training sessions.
* Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to clients and teams on product questions, issues, or changes, including on-site support as per our deployment methodology.
* Assisting clients and teams in setting up and configuring local deployment environments, imparting knowledge, and empowering them to lead.
