About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and organisedTraffic Dispatcherto join our team atPriorswood BiffainTaunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to essential recycling operations in a busy and supportive environment.
As a Traffic Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for coordinating and dispatching recycling vehicles efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations across the site and supporting other depots as needed.
Previous experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate daily vehicle routes and driver schedules
* Communicate effectively with drivers and site teams
* Respond to changes or issues in real-time and update schedules accordingly
* Maintain accurate records and logs
* Support other depots on an ad hoc basis as required
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in a logistics, dispatch, or similar environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good level of English (written and spoken)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* A flexible approach and willingness to cover other sites occasionally
