This is a newly created role in a £25m t/o, profitbale manufacturing and B2B/B2C retail business.
It's a blank canvas - no real analysis in place, no KPIs, no dashboards, no real understanding yet of margins, cost drivers or efficiency metrics.

The Head of Finance and Exec Leadership teams are ready to move the business forward with data-led insight. What they need now is someone who can
build the FP&A and commercial finance capability from scratch
- then own and lead it.
This Is What You'll Do:
* Create financial models and meaningful metrics where there were none
* Build insight into margin, costings, and product/channel profitability
* Introduce dashboards and reporting that unlock real commercial conversations
* Partner across manufacturing, supply chain, and retail to influence decisions
* Present insights directly to senior leadership
* Drive efficiency, growth, and performance – both top and bottom line
* Be
the
finance voice when it comes to "what's next?"

What You'll Bring
* A background in
commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering.
* An accounting qualification (or studying towards) CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ACA
* Confidence in building from the ground up - models, metrics, stories
* Strong Excel/analysis skills and a natural curiosity
* Experience working with operational and non-finance stakeholders
* Self-starter mindset - someone who can make things happen
Keighley based – on site
£45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
