Client Account Manager

We’re a Farnham-based creative design and marketing agency in the B2B space with big ambitions. We are looking for an exceptional part-time Client Account Manager to help us build strong relationships and deliver outstanding work.



This role is ideal for someone who has already built a strong foundation in agency account management, and is now looking for greater flexibility — but isn’t done with learning, leading and pushing boundaries. You will bring strategic thinking, creative flair, and a sharp eye for detail to every project, whether it’s delivering a high-impact campaign, unpicking a brief, or advising clients on the next move.



We enjoy dynamic and fast-moving projects from a growing range of clients, so you will need to thrive on ever-changing priorities.



What you’ll be doing:

• Building brilliant relationships with clients, becoming their go-to partner and trusted sounding board

• Overseeing projects from end to end — briefing, budgets, timelines and delivery

• Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen results

• Collaborating with our (very nice) creative team to push ideas and polish the work

• Balancing multiple projects at once, without dropping the ball



What we’re looking for:

• someone who is either on an ambitious growth path — with around three or more years of experience and ready to step into more responsibility — or someone who is already established in their career, perhaps coming from a larger agency and now seeking a role where they can have greater influence, autonomy, and impact.

• Someone who can grow with the role and has the ambition to take on more responsibility. This could develop into a full-time position, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the agency

• A confident communicator who brings energy, ideas and clarity to every conversation

• B2B experience in an agency environment

• A natural organiser who is detail-centric (rogue apostrophes beware)

• Strategic, curious, and commercially aware — able to get to grips with different sectors quickly

• Someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves with everyday work, whilst always thinking of the bigger picture
