Vivisol are currently hiring for a Warehouse Operative - 3 Month Fixed Term Contract - at our storage and oxygen filling plant based in Stirling, to join our team. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to help us check stock, package and send equipment, clean and test devices and complete delivery notes.

The Respiratory Warehouse Operative position is a warehouse-based role with a shift covering 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern of: Monday to Friday 8am to 16:30pm
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, but all training will be provided.
Primary duties & areas of responsibility
* To pick the stock ordered by depot managers
* To unload lorries using the forklifts
* To report stock shortages to Supply Chain Admin
* To perform warehouse activities in strict adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and MHRA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
* To ensure process for purchased stock is followed correctly
* To ensure DGN and DN are sent out with deliveries
* To carry out general warehouse duties including housekeeping
* To participate in annual stock counts
* To clean, repair and test all devices
* To log test results on PDA/Excel spreadsheet
Required Skills and Experience :
* Team player
* Good organisational skills
* Basic computer skills
* Will require an Enhanced DBS
