Optical Practice Manager – North Liverpool (Dispensing Experience Required)

We are now seeking an experienced Optical Practice Manager who can lead our team and dispense with confidence, bringing both operational excellence and a warm, personal touch to everything you do.
What You'll Do:
Manage the day-to-day running of the practice with energy and enthusiasm
Inspire and support a close-knit, friendly team to reach their full potential
Deliver high-quality dispensing services and ensure every patient leaves with confidence
Keep the practice performing at its best — clinically, commercially, and culturally
Be a trusted presence on the shop floor and in the consultation room
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in optical management and dispensing (essential)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A people-first approach — both with your team and your patients
A calm, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
Passion for optics and a genuine desire to improve lives through better vision
