The Role – Contracts Manager As Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee projects from contract award through to completion, acting as the key link between clients, subcontractors, and the delivery team. Your responsibilities will include: * Taking ownership of contracts once awarded, ensuring delivery is aligned with programme, quality, and budget. * Handling commercial aspects such as variations, claims, and cost control. * Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep work on track. * Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, compliance, and safety. * Maintaining clear reporting for senior management and clients. * Ensuring projects meet contractual obligations and industry standards.
