Job Title: Project Manager – Residential / Retirement / Care Homes\nLocation: Southampton Area\nSalary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Package\nJob Type: Permanent\nSector: Construction – Residential / Healthcare / Retirement Living\n\nA well-established developer and contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a new-build residential development in the Southampton area. The scheme includes high-specification elements, built using traditional methods.\n\nThe Role:\nYou’ll take full ownership of the project, from pre-construction and technical coordination through to delivery and handover. This is a hands-on Project Manager role, requiring strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for quality and detail.
