About Us We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our centralised admin team supporting Property and Compliance functions. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to compliance processes, including managing no access cases and related documentation. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the compliance team in relation to property management functions. Manage and monitor no access cases, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping. Maintain and update compliance records and databases with precision. Coordinate communications between compliance teams, property managers, and tenants. Assist with scheduling inspections, audits, and compliance checks. Prepare reports and documentation to support compliance monitoring and audits. Handle incoming enquiries and escalate issues as appropriate. Support continuous improvement of admin processes within the compliance team. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role. Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to workload management.
