As a Payroll Administrator, you will assist with the smooth and accurate processing of client payrolls, gaining hands-on experience in a busy bureau-style setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients
Inputting and checking payroll data including new starters, leavers, and any adjustments
Assisting with statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP
Ensuring accurate records are maintained and deadlines are met
Helping to resolve payroll queries from clients in a timely and professional manner
Working closely with the payroll team to ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
Supporting with year-end processes as needed (e.g., P60s, P45s)
