Job Description
Develop and implement strategic plans for education and public engagement initiatives.
Oversee the design and delivery of programmes aimed at community outreach and educational development.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives with organisational goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and education strategies.
Lead a team to ensure seamless execution of public engagement projects.
Manage departmental budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Maintain compliance with organisational policies and public sector regulations.
Prepare and present reports on departmental performance and project outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A strong background in public sector management or related fields.
Proven experience in designing and implementing educational or engagement programmes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
A degree in a relevant field, such as public administration or education.
