Job Responsibilities
1. Provide compassionate support to clients with mild or complex needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
2. Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting independence and confidence.
4. Follow care plans accurately and report any changes or concerns to the senior team.
5. Contribute to a positive and respectful environment, encouraging client participation and engagement.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7. Minimum of one year's experience working within the care sector, supporting adults with complex needs.
8. A valid DBS registered for the Update Service is highly advantageous.
9. Driving licence preferred but not essential.
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and empathetic approach.
11. Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
12. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
13. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations.
