Offer description

A role where you can showcase your existing Admin / Coordination skills and see how we can grow and develop these with support and training. This role would suit someone who is organised and is able to build good working relationships and liaise with people at all levels, internally and externally. We use MS Office across the business, and ideally you will bring a good grasp of excel, the more advanced the better but there is plenty of opportunity to showcase and /or develop your skills in this. You will be the type of person who can have a variety of people asking for their time and have a number of tasks on the go but can prioritise well and ensures that everything gets addressed and managed by the end of the day. This specific team is called Network Access and is involved in supporting our Project teams and Network Officers in securing Wayleave agreements that allow the build of our Fibre Network. Previous experience in an Admin / Coordinator type role that involves legal, land or property would be particularly relevant. There will be new systems to learn, updating databases and trackers will become second nature and your general MS Office skills will get polished up through providing regular operational reporting. As well as the day to day there will also be the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table that support the development of our internal processes, workflows, and general administration improvements. Many have joined in these roles over the past few years and have taken on more responsibility, moved internally to gain new experiences, as well as being recognised and rewarded with promotions. If you are interested in exploring further then please do get in touch and we will be happy to have a chat to explain more about us, the role, as well as find out a bit more about you and what you are looking for in your next career move and future aspirations.
