In your new role as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will be working within our TSOC office with the Helpdesk team.
What You Will Do
* Raising work orders through contact centre
* Creating VRF forms and updating the VRF tracker
* Submitting VRF to the client and chasing approval
* Tracking quotes received to ensure they are processed within the 30-day period
* Creating Purchase Orders on Maximo 7.6 and SAP
* Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Goods receipting once items are received or service is complete
* Actioning requests from finance for any invoices stuck in VIM and escalating where necessary
* Ensuring completed works are in MANBILL for finance to process
* Attending weekly/monthly meetings/conference calls as required
* Updating internal and external databases and administration systems as required
* Accurately filing both manually and electronically as per business policy and procedures
* Owning data systems to ensure records are maintained and processes followed as appropriate
* Maintaining a flexible approach to business support to ensure deadlines are achieved

What We Are Looking For
* Administration experience essential
* Relevant experience with Microsoft packages – good working knowledge of Excel
* Excellent data entry skills
* Knowledge of facilities management sectors is desirable
* Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
* Relationship-building skills; self-starter with initiative; ability to work well within a team and support/guide team members
* Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines
* Customer care – capable of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
* Ability to generate, develop and present ideas for improvements to achieve more effective working practices
* Attention to detail
* Professional appearance and attitude with a positive and professional approach
* Excellent time-keeping and strong planning and organisational ability
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Discretion in dealing with confidential information
