Your Housing Group has an opportunity for an experienced Night Site Supervisor based at our prestigious over 55’s retirement living village, Kingswood in Chester.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about their work, committed to maintaining high standards, punctual, reliable, and able to manage their time effectively.
What will my working week look like?
This is a part-time role, operating for 25.67 hours per week on a 3-week rota, as summarized below:
Week 1: Thursday, Friday 9pm – 8am
Week 3: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 9pm – 8am
What will I be responsible for?
You will supervise the building and facilities overnight, respond to housing emergencies, and manage safety and security. Ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing performance, and aligning activities with Your Housing Group’s vision and older people's aspirations are key responsibilities.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Carrying out internal and external patrols and monitoring security systems to ensure safety.
* Controlling access, ensuring visitors sign in and out.
* Providing low-level housing support outside normal hours, ensuring 24/7 access to staff and services.
* Conducting communal cleaning and refuse management.
* Following Health & Safety procedures, and effectively dealing with fire alarms and emergencies to maintain a safe environment.
