About The Role
As a Project Assistant at Futurice, you'll be part of our collaborative, cross-functional teams, helping to deliver intuitive and impactful digital solutions for our clients. You'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, supporting smooth communication, and making sure delivery stays on track. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2025 where you'll:
* Maintain plans, task lists, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports to keep projects on track.
* Schedule meetings, workshops, and check-ins; prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
* Use Jira, Trello, Confluence, and Google Workspace to manage boards, documentation, and reporting.
* Support new joiners, manage shared documentation systems, and coordinate IT accounts and licenses.
* Monitor timesheet submissions, share reminders, and ensure smooth information flow across teams and stakeholders.
* Gain exposure to agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches by working closely with experienced project managers.
Skills & Requirements
What we're looking for:
* You like supporting teams—scheduling, taking notes, managing docs, and following up.
* You're organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping projects on track.
* You're Confident using (or learning) tools like Google Workspace, Miro, and Jira.
* You take initiative, communicate clearly, and ask questions when needed.
* You're curious about digital delivery and keen to learn more about how projects run.
* You enjoy working in collaborative teams and exploring how AI can boost productivity.
* You're always looking to grow and expand your skills in the digital space.
* A foundation in business or agile practices, and a curiosity about consultancy.
What Futurice Offers You
We use a transparent salary model based on your skills, responsibilities, and impact. The salary banding for this role is £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
