Our well-established Audi Bolton branch is performing excellently, and we are seeking our next talented individual. As a future Technician, you'll be mentored by top Audi-trained Vehicle Technicians and work alongside an experienced Service Leader. You'll benefit from manufacturer training, a positive atmosphere, and ample support to learn and grow!
We welcome applications from Level 3 qualified students who are eager to learn and aspire to become fully qualified Vehicle Technicians within 6 to 18 months. We will provide all necessary support, tools, guidance, and training to help you succeed.
What to expect from this role and programme:
1. A dedicated mentor to work with and shadow daily, honing your skills.
2. An in-depth practical assessment programme with regular reviews to monitor your progress.
3. Hands-on experience in repairs and maintenance, including clutch and cam belt replacements.
4. Within a year, you'll be capable of servicing and maintaining customer vehicles, from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks.
