Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced business analyst within the Informatics Department at Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust. This position is part of the Key System Improvement Team and will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver digital projects and programmes. The role is a fixed‑term contract until 31 May 2027, requiring a senior BA with over five years of experience at this level.

Responsibilities
• Work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders, including technical colleagues, senior clinicians, partner organisations, suppliers, and agile and waterfall teams.
• Support delivery of digital projects and programmes using appropriate business analysis tools and methodologies, aligning to the department’s PDLC.
• Coach and mentor junior or less experienced staff.
• Bring strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with critical thinking, reasoning, attention to detail, and a proactive, enthusiastic approach.
Qualifications
* IT‑related degree or an equivalent qualification.
* Relevant business analysis qualification: BCS or IIBA (e.g., CBAP).
