Regional Sales Manager – Cornwall & Surrounding Areas

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the Cornwall territory and help shape our next phase of expansion.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who loves autonomy, relationship‑building, and being out on the road.
You’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts and growing your own territory, developing long‑term partnerships with B2B clients, and driving new business opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Developing new business across Cornwall and surrounding areas
2. Building strong, lasting relationships with B2B businesses
3. Growing existing accounts and maximising upsell opportunities
4. Managing your own pipeline and hitting clear, achievable targets
5. Delivering engaging sales presentations and proposals
6. Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re commercially minded, self‑motivated, and confident managing a field‑based territory.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
7. Proven B2B sales experience (field sales ideal)
8. Strong negotiation and closing skills
9. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
10. Great organisation and time‑management
11. Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
12. A full UK driving licence
Experience in the holiday park, construction, or leisure sector is a bonus — but not essential.

Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours)
