HR Administrator | Blackburn | £26,000 - £30,000 Your new company You’ll be joining a welcoming and supportive manufacturing business unit that values its people and is committed to helping them grow. The team works closely together to deliver high-quality HR services and staff development programmes, all while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice. Your new role In this varied and rewarding administrative role, you’ll be at the heart of the HR function, helping to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll manage employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate training activities. From drafting contracts and offer letters to organising Occupational Health referrals and maintaining HR databases, your work will make a real difference to the employee experience. You’ll also play a key role in planning internal and external training, liaising with providers and ensuring everything is well-organised and documented. Other duties and responsibilities will include -. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records in line with GDPR and company policy. Supporting the employee lifecycle in all aspects such as recruitment, onboarding, contract changes and leavers. Monitor, manage HR inbox, responding to all enquiries.. Planning, Coordination and implementation of internal and external training courses for both People and Culture and Health and Safety 9am-5pm Monday–Friday Based on site FULL TIME 37.5 Hours P/W What you'll need to succeed. Basic understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.. Confident using Microsoft Office. Comfortable communicating with people at all levels in and outside the business. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is ideal.. Experience using HR systems such as Oracle and Kelio is desirable.
