Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? We are thrilled to announce an exciting new development in Grantham, Lincolnshire! We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced applicants to help shape a brand-new pilot service designed to support individuals transitioning from acute mental health wards back into the community. This service, launching in October 2025, will be delivered in partnership with the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust and will be an integral part of the NHS Mental Health Pathway. At Turning Point, we are dedicated to supporting individuals across the UK with mental health challenges. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering people to achieve their potential and live independently. With a focus on key working, you will manage your own small caseload while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the service. Your Responsibilities
Provide Person-Centred Care:
Deliver recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group work. Empower Change:
Help individuals gain new skills and promote long-term recovery. Tailored Support:
Develop individualized support and risk management plans, ensuring effective discharge planning. Encourage Independence:
Equip individuals with coping strategies and foster positive change. Flexible Scheduling:
Work on a 24-hour rolling rota, including evenings, weekends, and waking night shifts. Who We’re Looking For
