Diagnostic Technician Required in Worcester
1. Salary: Up to £42,000
2. OTE: Up to £48,000
3. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and modern dealership in Worcester. What you’ll be doing:
15. Carrying out advanced diagnostics, repairs and servicing to a high standard
16. Identifying additional faults and advising on repair solutions
17. Supporting the Service Manager and workshop team
18. Coaching and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
19. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards
20. Delivering excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction throughout
What we’re looking for:
21. Qualified Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician experience
22. Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential
23. Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment
24. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
25. Full UK Driving Licence
