The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Basic (Depending on your experience).
* The "Unicorn" Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm.

What You Will Be Doing
* General Mechanics: Servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a huge variety of multi-make vehicles.
* Technical Repairs: Handling the "real" jobs—brakes, clutches, cambelts, and timing chains.
* Diagnostics: Using modern kit for mechanical and electrical fault-finding.
* Quality Control: Road-testing and ensuring every car meets our 5-star safety standards.
* Collaboration: Working within a small, elite team where everyone's opinion is valued.
Are You The One?
* Experience: 1+ years of professional workshop experience (post-qualification).
* Qualification: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Skills: Confident with diagnostics, servicing, and general "heavy" mechanical repairs.
* Attitude: Reliable, professional, and someone who appreciates a high-quality work-life balance.
* License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
