Join to apply for the Support Worker -Bank/Casual role at Community Integrated Care.
We are recruiting for Female Bank Support Workers to join our team who support 4 individuals who live in their own homes in the Penilee (G52) area of Glasgow. The role involves supporting individuals to live the best lives possible, helping with activities and daily living in a person-centred way. A house vehicle is available, and the successful applicant must hold a UK Manual driving license. Day shifts available are between 7am – 7pm or 8am – 8pm and weekends.
Your main goal will be to provide the right support so they can be as independent as possible and are supported to make their own choices.
We are looking for a highly reliable and motivated colleague who is passionate and eager to learn our routines and preferences. Our staff team needs to be patient and understanding of our needs and behaviours.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include:
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
* Provide support to enable independence and opportunity for meaningful activities
* Deliver care in a person-centred, respectful way
* Follow care plans and routines, and adapt to individual needs
Qualifications and Requirements
* UK Manual driving license (required due to house vehicle)
* Patient, reliable, and motivated to learn and adapt
* Ability to work flexibly across day shifts and weekends
* Respect for the dignity and choices of people we support
* Gender requirement: for this role, a female colleague is required as a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010
