Our Lincolnshire based client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Advisor to join their team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. Within this role you’ll be preparing statutory accounts, business tax computations and getting involved with bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts.
THE ROLE
As a Business Services Advisor you’ll have the following responsibilities:
* Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
* Preparation of business tax computations and associated schedules
* Working within the accounts team you will help service a portfolio of clients, dealing with year-end and other ad-hoc issues throughout the year
* Occasionally assisting with management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns for clients if required
* Assist with audit assignments if required
* Advising clients on most suitable accounting software solutions for their businesses
* General office duties
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Business Services Advisor will have two years practice experience, as well as the following:
* AAT / ACCA / ACA qualification or working towards
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Confident with IT
* A strong team player
* Experience of Cloud Accounting software (Desirable)
* Full clean UK driving license
