A well-established financial planning firm in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join their growing team. About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the advisers and paraplanners, ensuring smooth delivery of client service across the business. The firm is looking for someone proactive, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting advisers with end-to-end administrative tasks

Preparing and processing client documentation and applications
*
Liaising with providers to obtain information and update policies
*
Maintaining accurate client records and back-office data
*
Assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
*
Ensuring all compliance requirements and internal processes are followed
What They’re Looking For:

Previous experience in financial services admin (ideally IFA/wealth management, but open to strong wider FS backgrounds)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator, able to work well with clients, advisers and providers
