🏗️ The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to support finishing works on a new build apartment development in Swansea. This is a 3-month contract, starting immediately.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day site operations focused on finishing works
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors (e.g., decorators, carpenters, M&E)
* Monitor quality and progress against the programme
* Manage snagging lists and ensure timely completion
* Assist with health & safety compliance and site paperwork
* Report to the Site Manager and liaise with project stakeholders
✅ Requirements:
* Experience in finishing stages of residential or apartment builds
* SSSTS (minimum) or SMSTS
* Valid CSCS card
* First Aid certification (preferred)
* Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
* Good communication and organisational skills
