We are a growing technology and telecom business with operations in the UK and Asia. We require a reliable and hands-on team member to manage part-time IT support tasks, help with office administration, and coordinate with our international team.
Responsibilities
IT Support & Technical Duties
* Set up and maintain PCs, monitors, keyboards, SSD/HDD storage, cabling, and peripherals
* Visit our London PoP data centre as needed for hardware checks and maintenance
* Perform basic troubleshooting for IT hardware and network devices
* Keep IT equipment organised and labelled properly
Office Assistance Duties
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail and parcels (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon)
* Maintain a simple inventory of office supplies and IT consumables
Communication & Coordination
* Check company emails daily and forward or respond when required
* Liaise with our Asia-based technical and operations team members
* Support management with basic reporting and admin tasks
Requirements
* Familiarity with IT support & Cyber Security controls and basic IT security practices
* Hands-on IT hardware support experience: PCs, cabling, storage devices, peripherals
* Basic networking knowledge: switches, routers, IP addressing
* Strong organisational skills for handling parcels, mail, and administrative tasks
* Good written and spoken English, with attention to detail and security awareness
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with Networking (Cisco, routing and switch, etc.)
* Previous work in a company IT environment is a plus
* CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certification
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
