Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of tax matters, including Corporate Tax, M&A, Tax Structuring and high level Tax advisory services.
* Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored tax strategies that align with their objectives.
* Support clients in navigating tax considerations during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster growth and development.
Requirements:
* A strong background in tax having worked in either Practice or in-house tax teams with a proven track record within Corporate Tax Advisory.
* In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Professional qualifications such as CTA or equivalent are desirable.
