What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Team Member working on an annualised hours basis, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating heat press machinery to apply badges, logos, names, and numbers to garments according to customer specifications.
* Using single-head and 8-head embroidery machines to customise teamwear with club badges and branding.
* Preparing and organising picked orders ready for customisation.
* Producing vinyl and DTF logos, badges, and numbers for heat press application.
* Carrying out routine machine maintenance and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
* Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.

Previous experience in production is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
