The role

Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional, highly organised Receptionist who will also provide executive-level administrative support to the Chairman and senior leadership team.

This is a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities with executive support across both business and private matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate discretion, flexibility, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.


Fluency in Turkish is a genuine occupational requirement, as the role involves regular communication with Turkish-speaking stakeholders and supporting the Chairman with both professional and private arrangements.


Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Office Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment
  • Handle post, deliveries, and courier arrangements
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor logistics
  • Provide general administrative support across the office


Executive Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Chairman and senior management
  • Communicate and liaise confidently in both English and Turkish
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide support across business and private affairs as required
  • Coordinate services, suppliers, and arrangements aligned to individual requirements
  • Support internal and external events, meetings, and hospitality
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion


Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Fluency in Turkish and English (essential)
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Professional, adaptable, and proactive approach
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality


Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to undertake a varied role with a mix of office-based and coordination duties
  • Willingness to support senior leadership across a broad range of administrative requirements
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable, depending on business needs)
