The role
Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional, highly organised Receptionist who will also provide executive-level administrative support to the Chairman and senior leadership team.
This is a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities with executive support across both business and private matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate discretion, flexibility, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Turkish is a genuine occupational requirement, as the role involves regular communication with Turkish-speaking stakeholders and supporting the Chairman with both professional and private arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Office Support
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment
- Handle post, deliveries, and courier arrangements
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor logistics
- Provide general administrative support across the office
Executive Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Chairman and senior management
- Communicate and liaise confidently in both English and Turkish
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Provide support across business and private affairs as required
- Coordinate services, suppliers, and arrangements aligned to individual requirements
- Support internal and external events, meetings, and hospitality
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Fluency in Turkish and English (essential)
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Professional, adaptable, and proactive approach
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to undertake a varied role with a mix of office-based and coordination duties
- Willingness to support senior leadership across a broad range of administrative requirements
- Full UK driving licence (desirable, depending on business needs)
