This is an exciting opportunity for you to join YMCA Brunel Group.
A new role for an experienced individual which will provide leadership, guidance and advice to operational areas within charity side of YMCA Brunel Group's work and the Senior Leadership Team. The role will sit in the Executive team and report directly into the CEO but also accountable to the Board of Trustees in line with the vision, mission, values and strategy of YMCA Brunel Group.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
About you
* Strong working knowledge & experience of the supported housing market.
* Senior management level experience in social housing and / or a charitable setting with significant experience in directing operational services.
* Knowledge of early years, Ofsted in relation to nursery / preschool settings and knowledge of youth and community work.
* Experience of setting and monitoring budgets, performance and outcomes and being able to make necessary changes as required.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
