Management Accountant - Assistant (Part Qualified)

We're looking for an Management Accountant to join a small, friendly finance team based in Glasgow. You'll gain hands-on experience in management accounts, reporting and budgeting - with full study support for CIMA or ACCA.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' finance experience who wants to step up in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and client revenue analysis
* Post journals and reconcile prepayments, accruals and balance sheets
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting for key cost areas
* Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks
What we're looking for
Must-haves:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
* 1-2 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
* Studying or planning to study CIMA or ACCA
* Strong Excel skills
* Detail-oriented and eager to learn
* Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines
Nice to have:
* Advanced Excel (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
* Experience in high-volume or commercial finance settings
* Familiarity with ledger systems
