Service Manager – Oncology & Palliative Care Directorate
We are seeking 2 dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Oncology & Palliative Care Directorate in the positions of Service Manager (1 x based at Barnet & Chase Farm Hospital, 1 x based at North Middlesex Hospital). These roles are offered on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, with working patterns to be agreed upon upon appointment.
These posts will be primarily based across:
* Barnet General Hospital and Chase Farm Hospital, providing leadership support to the Oncology & Palliative Care administration functions
* North Middlesex Hospital, providing leadership support to the Oncology administration functions, but may also provide support to any of our hospital sites on occasion.

Role Responsibilities
The postholder will support the General Manager & Ops Clinical Integration Manager in the day‑to‑day operational management of the service. This role will be primarily based at one site but the postholder will be expected, where required, to travel and have clear visibility across all health unit sites within their remit.
