Role Overview
We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Llanelli. This is a full‑time, 35‑hour, permanent role.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
* Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
* Ensure highest standard of customer service, achieve targets and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
* Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
* Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
* Achieve expectations within campaign activities and work with the manager to generate stock.
* Work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Supervisory experience.
* Commercially driven with a focus on encouraging new ideas.
* Inclusive approach to developing teams.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
