What We’re Looking For: Positive and engaging individuals who can build strong relationships with children. Experience working 1:1, in small groups, or with full classes. Team players who can support teachers in a general classroom assistant role. Applicants with a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification or at least 6 months’ experience with young children or vulnerable adults. Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willingness to register.
