Job Title: UK Financial Reporting Manager
Reports to: UK Financial Controller
Employment type: Full time, permanent, hybrid with 1 day a week in our Burntwood head office
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 DOE
About the Role
Busy Bees Group, a leading global childcare and early years education provider, is expanding rapidly in the UK. We are looking for a UK Financial Reporting Manager to strengthen our finance team and support compliance with IFRS and FRS 102 reporting standards, oversee UK management reporting, manage UK and Group statutory accounts, and ensure robust UK internal controls .
Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, this role works closely with senior finance colleagues across the UK and Group, including the Group Finance Director, Group Accountant, European CFO, and Group CFO. The role also provides exposure to senior non-finance stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to key UK and Group strategic projects .
