Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will provide vital support to residents, helping them live with dignity, independence, and comfort.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
* Supporting mobility within the home
* Helping with housework, cleaning, and tidying
* Preparing and cooking meals
* Administering or assisting with medication
