The Role
* Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Handle enquiries, process orders, and resolve issues
* Identify and maximise sales opportunities
* Build strong customer relationships
* Support external sales and follow up on quotes
About You
* Strong customer service background with some sales experience
* Confident communicator and team player
* Proactive, organised, and target-driven
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office/CRM)
